Hi I’m Sara!
I’m deeply committed to providing a compassionate, supportive, and empowering space for healing and personal growth. Before becoming a counselor, I had the privilege of working in both corporate and creative spaces, which gave me invaluable insight into the unique pressures and stresses people face in their careers and personal lives. In addition, my background as a yoga teacher and massage therapist, have taught me about the powerful connection between body and mind, and how trauma and stress can often be stored in the body. My goal is to help you feel truly seen, heard, and understood, as we collaborate to uncover your potential and navigate life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that true well-being requires the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including empathic listening, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and inner child, or parts work. These approaches help us heal from past trauma, integrate different aspects of ourselves, and build resilience. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relationship issues, I am here to support you. What matters most to me in our work together is that you feel respected, valued, and empowered. Let’s work together to explore your path toward healing, growth, and living a more fulfilling life.
